Agnese Bissi

Agnese Bissi is interested in conformal field theories and AdS/CFT correspondence.

Agnese Bissi got her PhD in 2013 at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen. She has been post-doc at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford (2013-2015) and then at Harvard University (2015-2017).  In 2017, she became an associate Professor at Uppsala University. Agnese Bissi joined ICTP in November 2022. 

Her research interests include conformal field theories, with particular focus in the application of the conformal bootstrap techniques to the AdS/CFT correspondence.
