Mail Office and Photographic Services

ICTP visitors can send both their official and private mail through the Mail Office located at the Leonardo Building (sharing the same area as InfoPoint). Official correspondence should be given to the Mail Office in open envelopes.

Long Term visitors in the research groups, Associates, Affiliates and Postgraduate Diploma Programme students are entitled to one shipment of 4 kg each of scientific printed matter, to be sent to the same destination, per month. Visitors must exhibit their name badge to send an official shipment. They may also send personal mail at their own expense (international express courier service is available).

The Mail Office also provides a photo service for visitors who need pictures taken for their ICTP badge or for other identification documents. Photos cost €0.50 each. Payments should be made directly to staff at the Mail Office.
